My name is Dave Smith, former Global Leader in Engineering at the world’s greatest athletic footwear company. I bring over 34 years of experience in extrusion processing, specializing in multilayer engineering resins for transparent, flexible structures. I have experience with many TPE resins for a variety of industries. My 34 years include 15 years of thermoforming of engineered sheet which include vacuum forming, pressure forming, mechanical forming, twin sheet forming, and rapid prototyping. I have led multi-site and multinational engineering teams or projects and up to multi-tiered teams totaling 70 professionals. I am eager to bring this knowledge along with my project management leadership for complex equipment installations, product conception through launch, and both national and international brownfield site installations through production experiences to help other companies successfully complete their projects. My background in equipment installation and training has proven reliable for over twenty years and I look forward to helping you accomplish your engineering goals.
